Microwave Single Serving Chocolate Cake

2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp milk
2 tsp cocoa
2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Spray mug, add all ingredients and stir with fork until smooth, sprinkle chocolate chips on top and microwave for 50 seconds or one minute.

  1. I haven't actually made this before but Angela has and I'm trying to clean up my recipe folder so I put this online just in case I lose the small piece of paper that this is on.

  2. Oh, but I'VE made it, and it really hits the spot! Perfect when you need something gooey and chocolatey RIGHT NOW. Super easy--takes longer to measure and stir the ingredients than it does to cook it.
    TIP: Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top before cooking. Even more chocolatey this way. :)
